Automotive – Solutions for Vehicle Interiors

The focus of our business is on vehicle interiors, and our solutions are already used by numerous global OEMs – in cars, lorries, buses, trains and caravans.
Our product range includes shading materials as coating features or laminate for roller blinds, sunroofs, windscreens and side windows. We also supply innovative materials for storage solutions such as cargo covers, parcel shelves, collapsible transport boxes or ski bags. Narrow ware and tapes are other products in our portfolio, which are frequently used as edging or reinforcement for wind deflectors and partition nets. Our in-house added value encompasses every stage of the product creation process – from the woven fabrics through coating and finishing to complex, multilayered laminate and preassembled items. In short, Verseidag offers a comprehensive and variable modular system as the starting point for individually tailored solutions.
Shading with or without special designs
Our MSBL shading material can be combined with any desired, visible design at the customer’s request. This results in very high-quality sun protection with a 100% blackout effect. With a thickness of just 0.3 to 0.45 mm and ideal stretch characteristics, our MSBL achieves a homogeneous, flat surface whatever the requirements (with or without side guiding). Owing to this very low thickness, only a small space is needed inside the roller blind box when the blind is wound up. One hundred percent inspections help us meet our ambitious quality objectives. The punched parts can be supplied already cut up to a size of 2 x 2 m for added efficiency. Extra-rugged and durable versions are also available for all commercial applications.
Storage solutions – compressed and space saving
We offer a wide range of materials for transport pockets and shelves, which can be compressed when not in use and stowed away to save space. We mainly employ cost-optimised, high tensile strength yarns to ensure particularly robust products. Both textile and non-textile versions are available for cargo covers.
Our PVC cargo cover is sealed using resource-friendly, water-based paints, with any type of surface grain possible.
Reinforcement/edging for draught stops, wind deflectors and partition nets
Materials made from reinforcement or edging are used for draught stops and wind deflectors, for example, as well as for partition nets. They provide dimensional stability and prevent the material from tearing. Our tapes can be cut to any desired width of 10 mm or more and finished either with or without a functional surface for subsequent welding.
