The Textilakademie NRW is a private training and further education institution supported by two employers' associations, which works together with the Hochschule Niederrhein in a comprehensive cooperation model. The core elements of the NRW Textile Academy are a vocational college as a "private substitute vocational school", in which the industrial-technical vocational training of the sector for the north-west German region is bundled, as well as sector-specific further training. In August 2018, the NRW Textile Academy started operations in a new building that sets standards both in terms of its external image and its technical equipment.
Requirements:
For this profession, you should be interested in technical developments, have an understanding of chemistry and physics, motor skills and a quick mind. The training period is 3 years in the company and vocational school.
